Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of services (coaching sessions, support, etc.) offered by Alice Vallat through the website alicevallat.fr.
Services Offered
The services available for online booking are described as accurately as possible. However, adjustments may be proposed based on the specific needs of each client.
Order and Booking
Booking a service is made directly on the Site via an online booking form. The order is validated upon payment confirmation.
Prices
The prices indicated are in euros including VAT (all taxes included). Alice Vallat reserves the right to change her prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
Payment is made online at the time of booking by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the Site.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period if the service has started with the express prior agreement of the client and their express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
In case of a cancellation request before the session date:
More than 48 hours before: full refund.
Less than 48 hours before: no refund possible.
Rescheduling or Cancellation of a Session
If the client is unable to attend, they can request to reschedule the session at least 48 hours before the appointment. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session is due.
Responsibilities
Alice Vallat undertakes to perform her services professionally. However, Alice Vallat cannot be held responsible for unmet objectives or unsatisfactory results related to the client’s motivation or choices.
Personal data
Data collected as part of the sale is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Site.
Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If not possible, the competent courts will be those of the location of Alice Vallat’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
